Maintain superior product quality.

The vessel will be fitted with an onboard SUB-CHILLING™ system designed to keep the product fresh and unfrozen in a subzero state in the fish hold. The system guarantees that all fish receive the same treatment throughout the whole process, resulting in superior quality fish being landed.

"We take great pride in providing our customers with the highest quality seafood available. To be a leader in this area, you need the very best of tools, at all levels, without any compromise. When it came to fish quality, we chose SUB-CHILLING,  a tried and tested method that would guarantee the best results.” says Carl Aamodt, CEO at Noruega A/S."

Tried and tested technology

Since its launch in 2014, SUB-CHILLING™ has proven very successful in both onshore operations and on board, delivering a firmer product with less gaping that holds up far better during processing, longer shelf life and better yield every step of the way.
